I am selling my item. Buyer dispatched qoo10 driver to come and collect from me. Dispatch driver was an overweight malay man, RUDEST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I asked him to confirm the location he is sending the parcel. He replied “you should be the one telling me because I don’t know”. I told him to stop blocking the walk way and HE JUST WALKED OUT AND NEVER RETURNED. It’s really not my fault or problem that his fragile little ego got bruised so easily. Your fat ass is blocking the way, I am simply asking you to move , why so hurt?
Hi Qoo10, u may wish to reconsider the type of people U hire as part of ur customer service. Don’t engage scum that ties down ur reputation. Not a winning strategy at all.

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service! bought some products from Qoo10 but unfortunately when package received was already opened. Items were taken. My Lazada package was also lost but got refunded. Qoo10 refused to refund. Their delivery took the chance to leave it outside my house without my confirmation. But Qoo10 said they are not responsible. So I had to bear the loss. Irresponsible delivery! Never buy from Qoo10 again!

Qoo10 have absolutely horrific customer service and do not follow their own policy. Be prepared for a full loss if you use their service and there are any issues. You have been warned.
Although completely destroy my products in transit. Refusing to deal with a refund or any compensation. Both Qxpress (their parent company) who advised me to book their service on Qoo10 and Qoo10 all refusing any refund or to take responsibility.

Ordered a kipling bag but no response from seller! Decided to cancel and ask for refund. Once click cancel, it immediately reflected as refunded! It's been weeks and it was not refunded at all! Contacted seller and Qoo10 with no response too! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I order a few items. But some item came after 8 pm which was the off time for logistics. QQ10 does not think about workers policy but only for company benefits. Workers are not professional. Some delivery are slow.

"Be aware when you are applying Shipping…"
Be aware when you are applying Shipping coupon which is obtained from Qoo10 Roulette Q. Such coupon is still considered as cart discount.
In other words, the cart discount is applied on items price but shipping fee is still counted towards the payment amount. This is important if you are participating in their cashback event.
I had applied shipping coupon to offset the shipping fee and made a payment of $71.1 but not eligible for cashback event due to shipping coupon is classified as cart discount.
Qoo10 Customer service insisted such shipping coupon is also considered as cart discount but unable to explain why is it named as "Shipping coupon" and do not deduct from shipping fee directly. They also claimed that such classification is designed by their marketing.
